The conflict between science and religion comes from the idea that one discipline is against the other and vice versa. Religious people always think that science is out to disprove their faith and go against the word of God, the Bible and other religious dogma. On the other hand, scientist think that religion works against science by ignoring it in order to save religious beliefs that have been around for hundreds of years. For scientists, religion's reluctance for testing and falsafiability makes religion incapable of existing as a reputable source or study. Only those spiritual disciplines that place themselves up for testing are worthy of being called science. Religion is never up for testing and this creates a conflict. According to our readings however, the truth is that science and religion are not against each other and can actually work together to prove one another's beliefs and theories in many ways.
