Faqir Chand’s experiences are important in understanding the projective nature of religious visions and miracles because there is evidence showing that the brains ability is like a virtual simulator. Faqir Chand has experiences that illustrate religious visions and miracles that are illusions and projected by consciousness. In the book, “The Unknowing Sage”, it states that, “The visions are only because of the impressions and suggestions that a discipline has already accepted in the mind.” this means that religious visions and miracles are tricks of the mind. It is important that we know all about these visions because it explains to us how and why miracles happen in within our own lives. Even Faqir Chand questioned his own inner visions and then that is when he came to a realization that the religious and mystical experiences were near death experiences and just projection of someone’s mind. Having near death experiences are a survival mechanism.
