2. How has technology impacted your life?
Technology has impacted my life in many ways and most positive, from productivity to gaming and educational. Almost everything in our modern life styles are based on technology. The car I drive has a computer in the engine that control many components with sensors, I am able to communicate to that engine’s computer using a laptop with a software interface or program to check for diagnoses and performance. My iPhone is like my personal assistance to communicate with family and friends and to purchase items from the entire world, as it is the case of buying through amazon or e-bay and receive it as soon as next day or two days. Almost every single item now has an embedded chip that controls devices in predetermine ways. Gaming has taken virtual reality to a next level with real life rendering from playing a sport game to the creativity of virtual worlds and to the exploration of real cities or environments anywhere in the world. In education; the fact of being able to see video presentations for the subjects of the class help me better comprehend and reinforce the understanding of many theories and it enhance retention in the brain. I feel that I have greatly benefit from all the advances in modern technology.
